Overarching brand development

The Arch Company is owned by our client Telereal Trillium in a joint venture with Blackstone. They’re the UK’s largest small-business landlord, with a property portfolio of around 5200 railway arches, business estates, former station buildings and other properties.

When they acquired Network Rail’s arches portfolio in 2019, Telereal Trillium asked us to review brand development for The Arch Company and evolve it into a full visual identity system with brand guidelines. We handled the early positioning work and mapped out the brand. Our work continues to help tell their story and create a buzz around the regeneration.
